Final Layout is presented PRICING: Varies depending on size and scope of project, starting at: Up to 100sqm: $1400 100-200 sqm $2400 200-300 sqm $3400 400+ $varies REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Client Brief Floor Plan (can be a sketch real estate plan etc.), with the areas you want reviewed highlighted Any selections you may have already done PROCESS: This is all done via email, no phone calls or consultations are included in price. 3-4 rounds of questions to clarify brief Email communication throughout process Feedback and requirements integrated into final design DELIVERABLES: 1 x CAD 2D floor plan Inclusion and suggestions for healthy home features (such as air and water filtration, orientation etc.) Notes and annotations describing design decisions. TIMING: Varies depending on the scope of the project and client feedback, responsiveness and clarity; however from receiving clients documents it is usually a 2-3 week turnaround for a first draft, then following feedback another 3-4 weeks for a 2D CAD floor plan.
